    Awesome prints! I'm very glad I bought these… they'll be great for gifts (even though I can't help but keep a couple for myself)

"Oops! I totally forgot to tell you which one I’d like as my free print. What do I do now?"

No problem, I’ll send you the free one but since I already sent out the two you ordered I just have to package up your free one and send it out separately – you just have to cover a nominal two dollar charge and the shipping/packaging again. Some people ask me though, "But why didn’t you just wait to hear back from me before you sent it out?"

I address that question in my policy section:

"We pride ourselves on getting orders out as soon as possible, so once the notification of shipping is sent, that means it’s packaged up and in the mail. Occasionally folks forget to send me a convo or note as instructed for the free print and I used to convo them and wait for a response while I placed their partial order in an area in my studio set aside for just such orphans. However, if they sat there too long before going out they sometimes got lost in the shuffle and then customers wouldn’t get the ones they ordered in time for gift dates, etc., and that’s no fun. 🙁

Of course, if you still want your free one at a later date, I’ll send it to you for the additional shipping/packaging, no problem."
